What Do We Mean by Business Minded- Legally Effective

The first words one will see when visiting the David J. Greiner Law Corp website are the words “Business Minded-Legally Effective.”  Sometimes we are asked, “well what does that mean?” For one thing, I can assure you that it is more than clever words on a page, the words are more of a mantra.  In fact, the words business minded – legally effective are the dynamic strategic advantage in which we approach our cases that implies using the present factual circumstances of a client’s legal issue or circumstance as a basis for receiving positive outcomes through leveraging momentum opportunistically.

In other words, when a client is faced with a conflict or potential legal proceeding, we tailor the representation to achieve the greatest net return possible in reaching the client’s intended goals.  Let’s face it, the modern-day legal system is inefficient, cumbersome, hard to navigate and out of touch with the fast-paced society in which it serves.  We can transfer money in a matter of seconds, close real estate transactions in under a month (even with a procuring loan) and bind ourselves to an arbitration agreement with the click of a button. Life is moving faster than at any time in human history and we live in an instantaneous world.

With information available at the fingertips of us all, the quagmires the inspired person can get themselves in at a moment’s notice are awe inspiring. So, in the event one finds themselves in a predicament such as real estate title issue, probate, contract dispute or severance of a business venture, what approach should be taken.

While there are many approaches to the challenges we face in business and real estate alike, the approach we exclusively take at David J Greiner Law Corp is one that focuses on the best possible outcome at the most efficient cost.  This is not meant to be a knock on the traditional lawyering of slow engendered exchanges of voluminous discovery requests and painstakingly slow motions heard months after drafting.  It is also not meant to say that in the event some of the traditional lawyering is required that we don’t engage in the same.

The point is that we are intentional in our direction, tactics and approaches to a case.  This means that we don’t manufacture unnecessary work or proceed with fruitless endeavors when we represent our clients.

Here are some things that David J. Greiner Law Corp. clients don’t experience that is prevalent in the practice of law:

  • Escalating attorney fees that will prohibit efficient resolution of the case
  • Wasting time and client money on low percentage legal tactics
  • Adding frivolous causes of action instead of pinpoint precision and researched pleadings
  • Taking matters deep into litigation after receiving an offer the client would love to receive

In sum, our practice isn’t for every client.   Our practice is for clients who understand what an objective win looks like and want to capitalize on an opportunity efficiently. We don’t practice principles, we practice to achieve the client’s identifiable economic goals, period.
